Morning Meditation

The Sanctuary Challenge Guided Morning Meditation sets the foundation for a day of radical self-care. When you sign up, you will receive a guided audio morning meditation. During this meditation, we will check in with ourselves, which will help us to be less reactive and more present amidst the stress in our lives and the world.

Exercise

Exercise helps the body detox, process anxious energy, release endorphins (happiness chemicals) and gives us a real sense of accomplishment. Schedule 30 minutes of exercise in your calendar daily to be sure you make time for it.

Goddess Time

Take a bath or put your feet up a wall for 20 minutes. We spend all day in work mode. Toward the end of our day, Goddess Time is an opportunity to wash away the day’s stress and drop into a more connected, heart centered place so that we can connect more deeply with ourselves and our loved ones.

Healthy Eating & Water Drinking

One of the most important ways we care for ourselves is to feed ourselves nourishing, healing foods. Aim to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day, and consider what foods you might consume less or more of.

Eight Hours of Sleep

Our bodies and brains need a full eight hours of sleep to heal and re-energize for the day ahead.
